Support from the community helps the organization to provide care for patients needing services, fund community outreach, and helps to assure the delivery of high quality services using necessary technology and equipment. Changes in healthcare have made it more difficult to continue providing these critical services to those who cannot afford to pay for their care or who have inadequate payer sources.
