Referrals to Century Home Healthcare are accepted from physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, community agencies and members of the community. Clarification of the services needed by the patient is always obtained from the attending physician before beginning care. We see patients in all of Dallas and Collin counties, as well as parts of Rowlett, Tarrant, and Denton counties.
